Sue leads the creation and delivery of online marketing and communications solutions. She oversees the University’s web presence, including website design, functionality, content, and quality control. Sue collaborates with the creative and communications teams, and IT Web Services to deliver interactive marketing solutions to the campus community. She joined Arcadia in 2000 as a member of the Information Technology team, and moved over to University Relations (now University Communications) in 2005. Prior to Arcadia, she worked in a variety of business settings as a graphic designer and art director. She earned a bachelor of arts in art history from Muhlenberg College. She is a candidate for a master's degree in business administration from Arcadia University.

Purnell oversees a large part of the University’s online marketing and communications stream. His wide range of responsibilities include managing The Bulletin, a Wordpress-based news and multimedia website, creating custom reports and dashboards in Google Analytics in support of the University’s marketing initiatives. He specializes in content strategy and development, working with departments across campus to build websites, tell stories, and deploy online marketing campaigns. Before joining Arcadia in 2007, he was assistant editor at a lifestyle magazine. He earned a bachelor of arts in English at St. Lawrence University.

JoLynne is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, shooting, and editing video projects. She collaborates with campus departments to develop multimedia solutions that tell the stories of Arcadia students and faculty. As Director of Communications, Daniel helps to manage the University’s internal and external messaging, distributing of news and press announcements to community members and media outlets. Daniel also serves as managing editor of Arcadia magazine and is closely involved in many Arcadia publications. Daniel has nearly 15 years of higher education experience, serving in communications, public relations, and marketing positions at Cabrini College and Widener University. He earned a master of arts degree in liberal studies and a bachelor of arts degree in English at Widener.

Elizabeth writes and edits for both print publications and the web, including Arcadia magazine, The Bulletin, brochures, news releases, and arcadia.edu. Elizabeth has more than eight years of experience writing and editing in higher education contexts, including serving as the managing editor and editor of the University of Florida alumni magazines. Elizabeth earned a master of arts degree in English literature from the University of Delaware and a bachelor of arts degree in English and a bachelor of science degree in journalism from the University of Florida.

Donna’s position as Media Communications Manager encompasses a wide variety of communications and media tasks. She edits several Arcadia publications, including Arcadia magazine and The Bulletin; writes press releases for events, University appointments, and student, faculty, and alumni accomplishments for hometown newspapers; and is a primary resource for connecting faculty experts with media outlets. Donna is involved with many University special events, often from start to finish. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in print communications from Arcadia University.

Allison plans and directs the design, production, and distribution of all major University publications, ensuring all solutions delivered to internal and external audiences reflect the vision of the University. She manages vendor relations with printers and works with clients to get the most cost-effective printing for their projects. She also manages all aspects of University photography, assigning pertinent University event photography, acting as art director for marketing photo shoots, and maintaining photography assets.
