I enjoy representing Arcadia as a member of the men’s baseball team and am happy to play for a competitive Division III program while forming lifelong bonds with my teammates. Nothing compares to the camaraderie that we have on and off the field.
Being part of a college athletic team is a privilege. Time management and adhering to deadlines are the biggest challenges, but our coaches understand that academics come first and schoolwork is a priority.
Baseball is a team sport, and we’ve played a few incredible comeback games. Last season, we were down eight runs in the last inning and came back to tie, scoring eight runs in the bottom of the ninth. I’ve also had several personal victories such as when I threw a complete game shutout, striking out seven players, walking none and only allowing six hits.
