Educational Leadership/Administration:  Assistant or Associate Professor of Education and Coordinator of Ed.D. program in educational leadership.  Arcadia University, a comprehensive university enrolling 4,000 undergraduate and graduate students, invites applications for a tenure-track appointment as Assistant or Associate Professor of Education and Coordinator of a new and innovative Ed.D. program in educational leadership.  We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in school-based research, a commitment to mixed methodologies research, and experience in both qualitative and quantitative methods.  The candidate should also possess a strong understanding of both complex diversity issues and multicultural frameworks particularly with reference to inclusive settings and work with English language learner populations.  Familiarity with or strong commitment to the field of educational leadership is essential.  Candidates should hold a doctoral degree in educational leadership or a related field.  Experience in mentoring doctoral students and working collaboratively with other faculty in an Education Department and teaching at the masters and doctoral levels is required.  School based experience and administrative level certification is recommended.  Arcadia University, located in the metropolitan Philadelphia area, offers competitive salaries and an opportunity to work in an urban and suburban environment.
