Description:

The Department of Biology invites applications for a full-time, adjunct faculty position for the Spring 2010 semester.  Ranked among the top tier of comprehensive universities in the northeastern region of the United States, Arcadia University is a coeducational institution located in suburban Philadelphia that offers undergraduate and graduate study to more than 4,000 students annually.  The successful candidate will teach lectures and laboratories in a non-majors interdisciplinary science course, as well as other courses to meet departmental teaching needs.  The successful candidate must have an earned doctorate and experience teaching courses at the university-level.  A dedication to teaching biology majors is desired.
