Kelsey joined The College of Global Studies at Arcadia University in August 2013 with a background in International Education and Finance. She earned a B.A. in German with a minor in Business Administration from Messiah College in 2009. Her interest in International Education was sparked during her study abroad experience at Philipps-Universität in Marburg, Germany, where she spent two semesters living in a castle that was built in the 11th Century.
Upon her return to the United States, Kelsey worked as a Marketing Assistant for a study abroad organization during her senior year and the summer following her college graduation. After that, she returned to Europe for a year to work in a youth hostel in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. In the hostel, she worked as a receptionist as well as the supervisor of an international team. Aside from living in Europe for two years, she has traveled to several countries and participated in two short term trips abroad to teach English in Lyon, France and take part in a service project in Burnt Savannah, Jamaica.
