Completing the Preliminary Course Form

All students must complete a Preliminary Course Form as part of the application process. When completing this form, students should include the core seminar (see above), a Kiswahili language course (please indicate your proficiency level in Kiswahili; a placement interview may be conducted after your arrival), and at least four electives (two first choice and two back-up). Students should list all courses in order of preference. While every effort will be made to accommodate your course selections, Arcadia University does not guarantee placement in any course.

Making Sure Your Credits Will Transfer Back

It is your responsibility to make sure that you are registered for a full academic load according to your home school and that the courses you take abroad will transfer for credit to your home school. It is recommended that you secure approval from your home school for at least six courses per semester prior to completing the Preliminary Course Form.
