    London Internship Summer Programs Arriving Flight Details

    In order to be eligible for transportation arranged by Arcadia in-country staff from London – Heathrow ONLY you must do the following:

    1. Book on one of the arranged group flights from ORD or JFK to LHR offered on the Student Universe website (click the link below)

    2. Book a flight that arrives prior to or no later than 12:00pm on the scheduled arrival date for your program. Arcadia staff will be on-hand throughout the morning in the Terminal 3 Arrivals Area to meet arriving students and direct them to arranged transportation to central London. Remember, you must clear immigration, collect your luggage and exit into the arrivals area.

    3. Please remember to check before departure which terminal at Heathrow your flight arrives into. If you arrive into a terminal other than Terminal 3 – you will be responsible for making your way to the Terminal 3 International Arrivals area to meet staff BY NOON after you have cleared immigration and collected your luggage. With that in mind – be sure to leave an adequate amount of time to transit between arrival terminals!

    4. Provide Arcadia with a confirmed flight itinerary and indicate whether you would like to be included in transportation from the airport

    Please Note

  • In the event that your flight is delayed or you choose to arrive after the designated arrival time, you may be responsible for traveling independently from the airport to the orientation site.
     
  • If you plan to arrive prior to the scheduled arrival date listed on your program calendar, all transportation and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of the student.
  • In the event that other transportation arrangements can be made – please be in contact with your Program Manager after you have provided Arcadia with a confirmed flight itinerary.
     
  • Finally, please review all of the rules and regulations that apply to your ticket prior to purchase.
