Arcadia Summer Programs Athens, Greece
Course Registration Instructions
How to Select Your Courses from the Online Listings:
The Arcadia Center for Hellenic, Balkan and Mediterranean Studies and Research offers a wide array of summer programs which provide students with an opportunity to learn, explore and experience numerous aspects of Greek culture. Descriptions and dates for each of the summer program are available on our website -
Arcadia Greece Summer Programs.
The programs are offered in consecutive sessions and all instruction is in English. Students can opt to take one or both courses and can expect to earn between 3 and 6 semester hours of credit (3 credits per session). Students may only enroll in one course per session.
The structure of each program brings students out of the classroom and provides learning opportunities on-site. Students should anticipate being out of the classroom on a daily basis and will be required to travel out of Athens and throughout Greece during more then half of the program length.
Making sure your credits will transfer back:
It is your responsibility to make sure that the courses you take abroad will transfer for credit to your home school. While every effort will be made to accommodate your course selections, Arcadia University does not guarantee placement in any course. You will formally register for courses upon arrival in Athens.
You will only enroll in one course per summer session. Your first choices may not be available due to schedule changes, time conflicts or cancellations. Flexibility is very important.
Please review your course choices with your academic or study abroad advisor, and submit the online course registration form to the Arcadia University College of Global Studies.
