University of Limerick Summer
Course Registration Instructions
How to Select Your Courses from the Online Listings
The University of Limerick offers a wide array of summer programs which provide students with an opportunity to learn, explore and experience numerous aspects of Irish culture. Descriptions and dates for each of the summer programs can be found here.
The programs are offered in a 3-week session and all instruction is in English. Students take one course and can expect to earn 3 semester hours of credit. Students may only enroll in one course for the session.
The University of Limerick Summer Program schedule includes 45 taught class hours, 3 all-day excursions with guides, and assessment. The summer courses will be taught at '300' level and will be open to students who have completed their freshman year at the time of enrollment.
Making Sure Your Credits Will Transfer Back
It is your responsibility to make sure that the courses you take abroad will transfer for credit to your home school. While every effort will be made to accommodate your course selections, Arcadia University does not guarantee placement in any course. You will formally register for courses upon arrival in Limerick.
You will only enroll in one course per summer session. Your first choices may not be available due to schedule changes, time conflicts or cancellations. Flexibility is very important.
For assistance with any part of the application process, call Anna West, your program manager, at 1-866-927-2234, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please review your course choices with your academic or study abroad advisor, and submit the online course registration form on your Arcadia Passport.
