Stirling International Summer School
Course Registration Instructions
All courses offered during the University of Stirling International Summer School are worth 3 U.S. semester hour credits each. The program is offered as a 4-week or 8-week program which runs in two blocks. The first block runs from mid-June until mid-July and the second block runs from mid-July to mid-August. Students who attend one 4-week block must take two courses for a total of 6 U.S. credits, and students who attend both blocks for the full eight weeks can take a total of either 9 or 12 U.S. credits.

Making Your Course Selections
You will need to complete a course registration form through your Arcadia Passport. List all course choices and alternates in order of preference. Your first choices may not be available due to timetabling, prerequisite, or availability issues.
Indicate "Block1" or "Block2" for each choice in the "Term" section.
This form is used only to determine your eligibility for admission and for the pre-registration process at Stirling.
You are responsible for:
- Meeting with your academic advisor to discuss course selections.
- Confirming that the courses you take abroad will transfer for credit at your home school.
- Registering for a full academic load.
