Accommodation Centre

The Accommodation Centre is Bond University's on campus accommodation. It offers housing options for students in both shared and single rooms. Most rooms have linen provided, air-conditioning and are serviced weekly. Costs include internet use and the provision of a landline.

Note: All students living on campus will have a compulsory partial meal plan; this cost will be billed separately to student accounts after they arrive in Australia. On arrival in Australia, students may opt to independently add credit to their meal card. Students housed in single rooms in the Accommodation Centre will be charged an additional fee. Fees are available at www.arcadia.edu/abroad/fees.

Accommodation Centre Twin

Most students choose to live in the standard twin room. These rooms consist of two single beds and two study desks with a shared ensuite.

Accommodation Centre Singles (with private ensuite or shared facilities)

The Accommodation Centre also offers single rooms with the choice of your own private ensuite or with shared facilities. These rooms are located in adjacent blocks but are still on the main campus. The shared facilities consist of a corridor of single rooms sharing a communal bathroom with between 5-8 students in dorm style living. Students assigned to this housing option will be charged an additional fee. The Reserve

With only a five minute walk to campus, The Reserve offers modern apartment-style accommodation in 2-3 bedroom self-catered apartments. Each apartment is fully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen and private bathrooms. Each apartment will have a washer and dryer and internet access included in the fees. Residents have the option of preparing their own meals or purchasing a campus meal plan which can be arranged after they arrive on campus at their own expense. Upon arrival, Arcadia will provide students with a linen pack. Each of the complexes in The Reserve are located in beautiful grounds complete with pools, gyms and media centre, and usage of these facilities are all included in Arcadia's fees, along with cleaning of the apartment once every 2 weeks. Students have the option of living in a twin room or in a single room at The Reserve. Both of these will incur an additional fee above the standard on campus accommodation, with the single room incurring the higher supplemental fee.
