Program
The University of Cambridge is composed of 31 individual colleges. Arcadia program students may apply to Pembroke College. Pembroke has its own tutors, administrators, grounds, residence halls and traditions, and students' social opportunities are integrated into the life of the college.
While the colleges monitor students’ academic progress and well-being, Cambridge University confers degrees and organizes lectures. Individual departments are responsible for teaching and research within their disciplines and designate tutors for the colleges. In each college, staff and students from all disciplines are brought together, creating a rich environment for the exchange of ideas.
Students choose one course of study from among the following subjects: Anglo-Saxon, Norse, and Celtic studies; Archaeology and Anthropology; Architecture; Asian and Middle Eastern Studies; Engineering; Classics; Computer Science; Economics; English; History; History of Art; Law; Medicine; Mathematics; Modern and Medieval studies; Natural Sciences; Philosophy; Politics, Psychology, and Sociology; Theology and Religion; & Veterinary Sciences.
Credits
You will earn the following hours of credit.
- Spring two terms: 24 credits.
- Academic year 36 credits.
Admission Requirements
GPA Requirements: 3.6 on a 4.0 scale.
You must be in good academic standing and not on disciplinary probation. You need to submit a complete application including a transcript, letter of recommendation, and an advisor's form before your application will be considered.
