Study Abroad in Spain

• Several distinctive settings in Spain for Arcadia study abroad program options during semester, academic year or summer terms, including a new summer program in Mallorca focusing on Spanish language, business, literature and culture.
   

• Study at the Arcadia Center for Catalan, Spanish & Mediterranean Studies in Barcelona, as well as in Granada and Toledo (both of which also offer internship options).
  
  
• All semester students can take part in a special excursion to Morocco.
  
  
• The history and present of Spain are both as as fascinating as its diverse cultural heritage—this nation boasts many UNESCO World Heritage Sites that you are quite likely to see as a program participant. Both inside and outside the classroom, all Arcadia in Spain programs are designed to take you through a unique journey to get to know the heart of Spain, from its Iberian-Celtic origins, through to its Phoenician, Greek, Roman, Gothic, Jewish and Islamic roots. Coursework and excursions will show you how this past comes to life before your eyes across the diverse cities and neighborhoods you will visit.
