Program
The second oldest university in Scotland, with close to 17,000 students, Glasgow enjoys one of the largest biology departments in the UK, has a large English department with superb offerings in Scottish Literature and Scottish Studies and excels in Medieval History. Courses in Theater, Film and Television, Theology, Physics and Engineering are very popular with students as well as the diverse offerings in law. In fact, there are several law courses designed specifically for North American students who would like a pre-law concentration.
Glasgow offers a very popular class, "Exploring Scottish Culture," aimed largely at visiting students to give them an academic appreciation of their study abroad experience in the culture.

Credits
Courses may be selected among various departments. You will earn the following hours of credit:
- Fall semester: 15 credits.
- Spring semester: 15 credits.
- Academic year: 30 credits.
Admission Requirements
GPA Requirements: 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale.
You must be in good academic standing and not on disciplinary probation. You need to submit a complete application including a transcript, letter of recommendation, and an advisor's form before your application will be considered.
