Program

With modern and high tech classrooms, courses specializing in subjects like geology, natural resource management, botany, anthropology, history and English, and a campus situated only minutes from downtown Perth and from the beaches on the Indian Ocean, UWA offers so many of the characteristics that attract students to studying in Australia. Part of studying in Western Australia is taking advantage of the natural surroundings. Many courses in the natural sciences involve field work components providing you with an opportunity to see Australia and interact with your fellow students. Subjects like anthropology take advantage of the history and multicultural nature of Australia.

Credits

Courses may be selected among various departments. You will earn the following hours of credit:

  • Fall, spring and summer semester: 14-16 credits.
  • Academic year: 32 credits.

Admission Requirements

GPA Requirements: 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale.

You must be in good academic standing and not on disciplinary probation. You need to submit a complete application including a transcript, letter of recommendation, and an advisor's form before your application will be considered.
