Arcadia in Barcelona Courses

Courses are offered by the Arcadia in Barcelona Center and Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF). It is easy to design your study program regardless of your level of Spanish language proficiency. Students participate in the Core Course and are placed in a language course.

In addition, students take three or four elective courses. You can choose to take all elective courses from the Arcadia in Barcelona Center, combine Arcadia Center courses with courses in English from the UPF Business School (ESCI), or take all elective courses from the UPF Hispanic and European Studies Programs (HESP).

Important: The Core and Spanish language courses offered by the Arcadia Center are requirements for the Program. Students taking courses from UPF ESCI or UPF HESP must take a minimum of two courses at those schools. Also, taking courses simultaneously at ESCI and HESP is not permitted.
