  • BBEST Program The BBEST Program (Building Behavioral & Emotional Support Teams) works in collaboration with school districts in the Delaware Valley to provide services to students with emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Reduced Class Size/Balanced Literacy Program Arcadia University offers a combined master's/certification program to aspiring teachers who are currently working as literacy interns for the School District of Philadelphia.  The courses you take to meet Pennsylvania Department of Education certification standards in elementary education will also be accepted in the Master of Education degree program.  For an application packet and/or an interview with a graduate counselor please contact Mary Kate McNulty, 215 572-2877;  mcnultym@arcadia.edu
