ANAC Domestic Exchange:
Arcadia Philadelphia Semester
About ANAC Domestic Exchange at Arcadia University
Arcadia University offers a customized semester program, highlighting university seminars that link the campus to Philadelphia. An ANAC exchange student may take any courses in the course catalog, provided that they have met prerequisite requirements.
Philadelphia ANAC semester for Spring 2009:
- Social Change: Local to Global
- The Power of Play: Theater and Learning
- Envisioning Sustainability: Contemporary Art and Environmental Science
All students involved in the Philadelphia semester will also take a 2-credit online course that allows them to pull together what they are learning about the city and create a culminating project that synthesizes the interdisciplinary learning from the semester.
All of the University Seminars students take will include significant interactions with the city as part of the coursework. In addition, students will be part of our campus community and able to take advantage of campus and Philadelphia events outside of the course.
