Fulltime Faculty

Annette L. Halpin (1984), Assistant Professor of Business Administration and Chair, received the BA in Spanish Education and MBA in Finance from LaSalle University and PhD from Drexel University.  Prior to joining the department in 1984 she worked for Sperry Univac as a Financial Analyst and taught Spanish in the Philadelphia Archdiocese.  She teaches International Business, Principles of Finance, and Principles of Marketing.

William D. Biggs  (1980), Professor of Business Administration & Managing Director, Glenside Operation - MBA Program, received the BA in Economics and Business from Muskingum College, the MBA from Duquesne University, and the PhD in Management from The Pennsylvania State University.  He has held teaching positions at other institutions and worked for the Federal Government.  He teaches courses in International Business, Business Policy, and administers the internship program.

Thomas Brinker  (1997), Professor of Accounting and Coordinator of the Accounting Program, received the BS in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University and the MS in Accounting and MS in Taxation from Widener University, the JD in International Law from Columbia Pacific University and the LL.M. in International Taxation from Regent University School of Law.  He has also completed course work for the Doctor of Business Administration in Accounting at the University of Sarasota.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).  He teaches courses in Accounting.

William Deane (2006), Visiting Professor Business Administration, received the BS in Psychology from Old Dominion University, the Masters of Divinity with a concentration in Counseling from the Episcopal Theological School.  He has taught at Drexel University LeBow College of Business.  He teaches the Human Resources and International Organizational Behavior courses.

Sassan S. Hejazi (1988), Assistant Professor of Business Administration and Coordinator of the SAP Educational Alliance Program, received the BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, MBA in Management Information Systems (MIS) from LaSalle University, MIE in Systems Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, and PhD in Comparative Management through the Open University of the Netherlands.  He is also an active information technology consultant.  He teaches courses in MIS and Production/Operations Management and mathematics.

John Imszennik (1994, 2002), Visiting Professor of Accounting, received the BS in Accounting and Finance and the MBA from LaSalle University.  He is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He was formerly President of Physician's Choice Ambulance Service.  He teaches the introductory Accounting course and Finance course.

Robert Kieserman (1988), Fulltime Adjunct Professor of Health Administration and Health Administration Adviser, received the BS in Communications and the MBA in Accounting from Temple University.  He is formerly President of Therapy Practice Management prior to which he was a consultant and Director of Operations Analysis at the Temple University School of Medicine.  He teaches courses in health administration and supervises students doing the internship in health administration.

Wayne A. Morra  (1981), Associate Professor of Economics and Economics Adviser, received the BS in Economics from California State University and the PhD in Economics from Temple University.  He has been involved with a variety of consulting and research projects including the Bioko primate conservation study.  He teaches introductory and advanced courses in Economics.

Linda Moonblatt (1989), Visiting Professor of Business Administration, received the BS in Liberal Arts from Temple University, an MS in Special Education from San Francisco State College, and an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Development from Northeastern University.  She is President and Founder of Personal Management Services.  She also has experience in marketing and business development with a number of firms.  She teaches courses in Marketing and Industrial Relations.

Adjunct Faculty

William Allen (2006), Adjunct Professor of Accounting, received the BAfrom Florida A&M University, the MBA from Northern Illinois University and the Ph.D. in Accounting System Design & Implementation from Temple University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  He has taught Accounting courses at a number of universities in the local area.  He teaches Financial Accounting and Intermediate Accounting.

Yohann D'Oliveira (1999), Adjunct Professor of Economics, received the BS in Business Administration from Arcadia University and the JD from Temple University Law School.  He is a financial analyst for Sunoco and operates his own firm, D'Oliveira Business & Legal Consulting.  He teaches coures in Macroeconomics and Microeconomics.

Lisa Delgado (2006), Adjunct Professor Economics, received the BS in Economics and Finance from Rider University and the MA in Economics from Temple University.  She teaches Microeconomics.

Charles DiLullo (2003), Adjunct Professor of Accounting, received the BA from St. Joseph's College and the MBA from Drexel University.  He holds not only a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), but also holds the CLU and ChFC and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designations.  He is an Associate Professor at the American College.  Prior to teaching, he has been Controller of the American College and Winslow-Knickerbocker, Co.  He teaches the Auditing course.

Joseph S. Falzone (1997), Adjunct Professor of Economics, received the BA in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College, an MA in Teaching from Trenton State College, and an MA in Economics and PhD in Economics from Temple University.  He is a fulltime faculty member at Peirce College.  He teaches introductory and advanced courses in Economics.

Howard Haber (2005), Adjunct Professor of Economics, received the BS in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and the MBA in Finance from Montclair State Unviersity.  He is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).  He is the President of Apollo Wealth Management, Ltd.  He teaches the Macroeconomics and Investments courses.

MS Khalil (2005), Adjunct Professor of Business Administration, received the BS and MS in Insurance from Cairo University, the MS in Actuarial Sciences from University of Wisconsin, the MS in Statistics from Temple University, and the Ph.D. from Temple University.  He teaches at a number of area colleges and universities.  He is currently teaching in the Math and Computer Science Department and teaches the Operations Management course.

Jacqueline Kelly-Wright (2006), Adjunct Professor of Health Administration, received the BS in Radiation Therapy/Business from Howard University, Masters in Health Services Administration with a Certificate in Aging from University of Michigan, and a Certificate, Excecutive Program in Managed Health Care from the University of Missouri.  She is presently a senior consultant for Morris Davis & Company and former Executive Director of AmeriChoice of New York/United Health Care.  She teaches the Selected Topics in Health Care course.

Edith Krieger (1991), Adjunct Professor of Business Administration, received the BA in Psychology, the MA in Social Psychology and the PhD in Social Psychology from Temple University.  She has worked in market research for 20 years.  Most recently, she was the Vice President of ICT Group and Director of Marketing Research for The Vanguard Group.  She has taught courses at a number of area universities.  She teaches courses in market research, consumer behavior and advertising.

Allan Lisse (2006), Adjunct Professor of Economics, received the BS and MBA in Economics and Statistics from Temple University.  He is retired from Penn State University, Abington College.  He teaches Macroeconomics.

Joshua Martin (2006), Adjunct Professor of Economics, received the BA in Political Science from Penn State University, the MA in Philosophy from Villanova University, the MBA in Marketing from Pace University.  He has taught at a number of local area universities.  He teaches the International Economics course.

Anna McAleer (1989), Adjunct Professor of Business Administration and Health Administration, received the BA in Spanish and MBA in Finance and Accounting from LaSalle University.  She has taught a variety of courses at many of the institutions in Philadelphia and she has worked as an accountant for a business firm.  She teaches courses in finance, marketing, and health administration.

Bonnie Moses (1982), Adjunct Professor of Business Administration, received the BS in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and the JD and LLM in Taxation from Temple University. She is a principle in the law firm of PFT Legal Services. She teaches the Legal Environment of Business course. 

Frank Schwartz (1980), Adjunct Professor of Business Administration, received the BA in Political science from the University of Florida, the MA and PhD in Political Science from the University of North Carolina, and the JD from Villanova University. He currently practices law. He was Chair and Assistant Professor of Political Science at Arcadia University from 1980 to 1984 when he entered law school. He teaches the Legal Environment of Business course.

Bill Shea (2006), Adjunct Professor of Business Administration, received the BS in Business Management from St. Joseph's University, the MS in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and the Executive MBA from St. Joseph's University.  He is a Senior Account Manager for Princeton Information.  He teaches the Management Information Systems course.

Karen Squarrell-Shablin (1995), Adjunct Professor of Health Administration, received BA in History of Science from Johns Hopkins University and the MHSA in Health Planning and Administration from the University of Michigan.  She is a Certified Specialist in Aging and is currently the Associate Vice President of national Strategies for Keystone Mercy Health Plans..

Mary Sims (1993), Adjunct Professor of Business Administration, received the BA in American Studies from Temple University and the JD from Pepperdine University School of Law. As part of her law degree she spent a semester abroad in England. She is a partner in the law firm Sims and Synder. She also has experience as an investigator and insurance adjuster. She teaches the Legal Environment of Business and the Legal Environment of International Business.

Adina Stonberg (2006), Adjunct Professor of Health Administration, received the BA in Women's Studies from Union College and the MPH in Community Health Education from Temple University.  She has considerable consulting experience in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey area.  She teaches the Health Care Planning & Policy course.

Joel Wagoner (2006), Adjunct Professor Accounting, received the BBA from University of Pennsylvania and the MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and a Certified Financial Manager (CFM).  He also holds the Insurance Institute of America designations Associate of Research and Planning (ARP) and the Associate of Insurance Accounting and Finance (AIAF).  He teaches the Managerial Accounting course.
