Malick Sy, Ph.D.
Dr. Sy is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of IBC Holdings Pte Ltd, a financial consulting firm with offices located in South East Asia. As a specialist in corporate consultancy and risk management for more than 25 years, Dr. Sy’s expertise in these areas is internationally recognized in many financial institutions, such as Europe, Asia and Australia etc. He was previously the Director of Risk Management at the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange and a member of the Singapore Exchange Corporate Advisory Committee. Dr. Sy teaches Financial Management at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University in Australia and is a visiting professor at the City University of New York. He has a Ph.D. in Finance from the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium.
Jennifer Koh, Ph.D.
Dr. Koh has more than 19 years of commercial experience across multinational companies and small and medium-sized enterprises, spanning various sectors in manufacturing and service industries. She was previously the Group Chief Financial Officer of JTC Corporation Ltd. Dr. Koh has a Ph.D. in Business and Management from the University of South Australia, and her experience encompasses financial accounting, corporate planning, information technology and human resources.
Dan Levin, Ph.D.
Dr. Levin has taught extensively in various international graduate schools, including the Helsinki School of Economics and Business in Finland and Baruch College of the City University of New York in the U.S. Dr. Levin is an expert on the use and assessment of advanced technologies in various business and military applications. He has been a board member for several companies and is currently on the board of Polar Investments Ltd. Dr. Levin has more than 35 years of consultancy and advisory experience and has a Ph.D. in Business and Applied Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in the U.S.
Patrick Chan, Ph.D.
Dr. Patrick Chan is the owner of three businesses, a management consultant for private franchises, and a Board Certified Financial Life Coach. He is the author of four books about personal financial planning and risk management. Dr. Chan worked in various corporations for 11 years prior to working in academia and accomplished successful mergers and acquisitions of two financial services businesses. Dr. Chan has a Ph.D. from Nanyang University of Technology in Singapore.
Foo Check Teck, Ph.D.
Dr. Check Teck is the Program Director of the Financial Portfolio Engineering Program. He has lectured in many cities such as Vientiane, Laos, Umea, Sweden and Lhasa, Tibet. Straits Times chose him as Asia's ‘Mover and Shaker’ and labeled him Singapore's "Man of Renaissance." He has held visiting professorships across Asia, Europe and America and has discussed his strategic analysis of General Motors at Chartered Financial Analysts in India. Dr. Check Teck has researched corporate productivity across referenced journals. His doctoral investigation of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations publicly-listed corporations received global acclaim. He has a Ph.D. in Strategy from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
Tan Boon Seng, Ph.D., M.B.A.
Dr. Boon Seng is an Assistant Professor at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a resident Academic Advisor at the University of Chicago, a Senior Manager for Parkway Group Healthcare and the Chief Delegate for SmithKline Beecham in Vietnam. He has a Ph.D., M.B.A., and B.S. in Pharmacy from the National University of Singapore. Dr. Boon Seng’s academic interests include teaching and research that apply economics thinking in public policy and business management. His recent publications include “Knowledge Transfer, Perceived Environmental Turbulence and Innovation in Chinese Technology-Based Firms," published in the Journal of Chinese Entrepreneurship, and "The Minimum Wage Policy in Hong Kong: An Agenda for Empirical Research," published in the Asia Pacific Journal of Public Administration.
Tan Sin Huat, M.B.A.
Professor Sin Huat’s career as a business leader, organizational consultant and executive coach spans 30 years in both private and public sectors. He has trained, coached and worked with many leaders and senior executives from a wide variety of industries to help them enhance organizational performances, organizational management skills and leadership effectiveness.
Professor Sin Huat’s expertise is in business consulting and organizational and leadership development and co-authored the book, Leading and Managing Organizational Behavior. He teaches Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior and Leadership in Organizations at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore as an adjunct lecturer.
Professor Sin Huat holds directorships in sectors including lifestyle retailing and franchising, manufacturing, mineral, oil and gas, logistics, transportation and green energy (solar and wind). He has worked as a senior military leader and has been a consultant for companies in areas of mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, organizational change, talent management and innovation. He is an Executive Coach with the Centre for Creative Leadership and has coached leaders and managers in public and private sectors.
Professor Sin Huat has an M.B.A. from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and a post-graduate diploma in Executive Coaching from Lancaster University of Management in the U.K. and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Krishna Rajulu, M.B.A.
Professor Rajulu owns Pacific East West Consultants Pte Ltd. and oversees the development and delivery of programs for front-line and middle level managers in the areas of business acumen, leadership, managing workplace diversity, and coaching for leaders. A consultant and researcher, he has developed distance learning materials for Glasgow Caledonian University for programs in Cross-cultural Communications, International Business Strategy and Cross-cultural Management. He is a regular keynote speaker on Globalization and Cross Cultural Management for various local institutions in Singapore.
Professor Rajulu is a former Company Commander in the Singapore Armed Forces and the former CEO of a regional consortium that oversees operations in 15 countries. He has an M.B.A. in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde and has been a lecturer for more than 14 years with various universities. He received the award for Best Lecturer at the Management Development Institute of Singapore for 2006-2007 and was the recipient of the 2011 Outstanding Enterprise Award from Asia’s Corporate Regulatory Alliance.
KC Chan, Ph.D.
Dr. Chan has more than 25 years of senior management experience ranging from precision manufacturing to service industries in 30 countries. He has more than 10 years of international management consulting experience and more than 20 years of human capital development experience as a Corporate Trainer in areas of effective/transformational leadership, international business, and strategy. He has been a visiting professor for more than 20 years at various universities around the world.
Dr. Chan is the Founding Director for Business Doctors and Advisory Pte Ltd., focusing on providing specialized corporate training and consultancy services in areas of organization and development, leadership, strategic planning, transition and change management, strategic marketing, project management, and implementation of strategies and human capital management. He has conducted corporate training for various organizations with an international client base.

Professor Alahakone is a Certified Business Coach with Business Thinking Systems in Australia. He has extensive lecturing and course development experience with specialties in Strategic Management, Human Resource and Strategic Marketing Management. He is the former Academic Director of Business Faculty at James Cook University in Singapore.
Professor Alahakone develops programs and specializations for universities, such as Global Marketing Management and Strategic Brand Management and is an advisor for students at various institutions. Leong Yue Choon, M.S.
Professor Choon has 26 years of lecturing experience in areas of logistics management and purchasing and materials management and currently lectures on various subject areas such as production operations management, logistics and supply chain management, warehouse and inventory control, and principles of marketing.
Professor Choon has experience in purchasing, warehousing and distribution. He has managed production and operational projects in multinational companies in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Batam Island, and the implementation of systems and procedures for manufacturing, trading and service industries.
Professor Choon developed course materials for the Management Development Institute of Singapore, Heriot-Watt University in the U.K., the Singapore Management Association, and the Singapore Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management. He received an M.S. in Management of Quality Excellence from the University of Leicester in the U.K.
