B.F.A. in Acting Audition Dates
An audition is required for all students interested in pursuing our B.F.A. in Acting program. Students interested in the B.A. in Theatre Arts and English need not audition.
Spring 2013 Audition Dates
- Thursday, Feb. 7 - 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.
- Thursday, Mar. 7 - 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.
- Saturday, Apr. 13 - Scarlet and Grey Day (for admitted students only)
Please contact Margaret Poteet in the Office of Enrollment Management at 215-572-4023 or by email at poteetm@arcadia.edu in order to sign up for an audition time on the February or March dates. Students interested in auditioning at Scarlet and Grey Day should register for the event and will sign up for an audition time when they arrive that morning.
Guidelines
The audition itself is a private session with a faculty member in which you present and discuss two monologues. Students must come prepared with two monologues with a combined time of no more than 3 minutes. Please note that family members will not be invited to sit in on the audition.
