Dr. Foram Bhukhanwala is Assistant Professor and Coordinator of the Elementary Education program in the Department of Education at Arcadia University. In this role, Dr. Bhukhanwala advises undergraduate and graduate students in the elementary education program and teaches courses in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She has had many experiences of working in diverse settings and with linguistically and culturally diverse students both in U.S. and in India. Her research interests include pre-service teacher education, reflection on teaching, diversity issues in education, theater of the oppressed, and qualitative research. She has also presented several papers at national and international academic forums, and has publications to her credit.
