Glenn B. Cronin
Adjunct Professor of Business Administration
Glenn B. Cronin has over 35 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. His primary focus is helping companies manage inventory, improve customer service, control production, and leverage financial accounting systems to deliver actionable business intelligence. His career began with the Burroughs Corporation providing custom accounting and banking applications and then quickly moved on to what has become his specialty and passion: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
He has worked for a number of software sales and support organizations providing systems analysis and design, consulting, training and education, project management and implementation services to an international clientele. Currently he is the lead ERP/IT systems analyst at a Fortune 500 life sciences manufacturing company.
Glenn has been an adjunct professor at Arcadia University since 2007, teaching classroom and distance learning courses in Management Information Systems and Operations Management.
Cronin graduated summa cum laude from the University of New Haven with a B.S. in Operations Management and a concentration in Computer Science. He is an Association for Operations Management (APICS) Certified Fellow.
