Jennifer Adiletto

Jennifer Adiletto received her M.S. in Health Education from Saint Joseph’s University and a B.A. in Health Administration and a minor in Communications from Arcadia University.
She is an Education Associate with the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in Philadelphia and has extensive experience in the healthcare and education industries. Her work is focused on education and professional development strategies for ABIM employees, as well as improving graduate medical education with a concentration in the following: instructional design for faculty development programs, clinical competence evaluation, project management, change management theories that support business process reengineering, policy and procedure development, and marketing and communication strategies.
Adiletto is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI).
