Your Passport to
Arts and Culture in the
Philadelphia Region

Welcome to the world!

For decades, Arcadia has been introducing students to the world through our internationally acclaimed study abroad program. Today, our College of Global Studies has relationships with 73 different international universities to offer over 130 programs in 64 different cities in 22 different countries around the world; and students from 338 different U.S. colleges and universities representing 42 U.S. states plus the District of Columbia as well as six Canadian Provinces join with Arcadia students in experiencing firsthand the richness of the world’s diversity.

This year, we are applying the same enthusiasm to helping our own students explore the cultural richness of our home communities. In this first-edition of the KnightPass, we invite you to explore the world outside your own windows. Our partners are eager to have you come visit them; and we at Arcadia hope that you will find something that excites your mind or community spirit, and that you will return to learn and support them over the years you are studying with us.

I want to thank our community partners for their support of this project. As a private, non-profit university that was founded in 1853, we know that our strength comes in large measure from our connection with community, and our mission today remains to educate informed citizens who have the capacity, ability, and conscience to lead their communities. Those who take advantage of the KnightPass will be taking some large strides down that road.
