Technology Information for New Students

Technology for New Students

Get Your Computer Ready for College

Library and Information Technology (LIT) supports all aspects of a student's access to information. LIT maintains campus and library computer labs, offering high-speed Internet service, campus wireless network, e-mail accounts, campus portal, instructional technology tools, access to online services and help desk support.

Below are links to everything a new student needs to know about Arcadia University technology requirements, services and support.

What to Do If You Have a Computer Problem

Information Technology does not troubleshoot problems on computers or printers owned by the students. IT will verify that the network connection to your computer is active, and go over the settings and machine information with you. Technology Student Assistants living in the residence halls are available to assist you with your network issues. Please contact the manufacturer of your computer for any other issues.
