Arcadia University Offers Praxis II Preparation Seminar, Feb. 20
Glenside, Pa.—Feb. 4, 2010—Arcadia University’s Center for Adult and Professional Education is offering a Praxis II Preparation Seminar in Elementary Education: Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment (Test # 10011) through Arcadia’s Department of Education. The first of three sessions will begin on Feb. 20. All sessions will be held in Brubaker Hall, Room 102. Arcadia University is located at 450 S. Easton Road, Glenside, Pa.
Dr. Priscilla Jeter-Iles, Adjunct Professor of Education, will lead the workshops.
The seminar features three sessions:
- Feb. 20 Introduction, Overview and Assessment, Reducing Test Anxiety, Study Skills, Social Studies, General Information, Arts and Physical Education Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment/Conclusion
- Feb. 27 Math Curriculum and Science Curriculum Instruction and Assessment
- March 6 Math Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment
