She has been an Assistant to the Executive Director of The Foundation for Post Conflict Development (FPCD), in New York City, since 2010. She also worked as the Research Projects Lead for the Pipeline Fund in New York City during the summer of 2011. Faith believes she is qualified to speak on the topic of “Creativity and Passion in Leadership” because she has had the honor of working under many great leaders, and many of their strategies, styles, and tactics have influenced her. When asked, “What inspires you?” Faith responded: “I am inspired by my travels. I am inspired by the fact that some of the friendliest and most generous people I’ve met have also been those who have the least to give. I am inspired by the idea that spending my life doing anything other than development work doesn’t make any sense. I am inspired by Muhammad Yunus, Jacqueline Novogratz, Bill Drayton, and my older brother.”
