Tips for job hunters:

Know yourself-your strengths, skills, interests, values.
Be able to discuss with prospective employers where you're going in life and how the job you're seeking will help you get there.
Practice talking about your education and experience in terms that will be of value to employers. They want to see you as someone who can help them get their work done.
Concentrate in your self-presentation on what you can do for them. Save the questions about what they can do for you until you have the offer.
