Influenza vaccine (annual program in October) $10/student, $20/employee
Menactra (Meningitis) $110
MMR (Mumps, Measles, Rubella) $55
PPD (Tuberculin Mantoux) $10
Tetanus/diptheria/pertussis $35
Varicella vaccine (Chicken Pox) $130 (1st and 2nd * weeks later), titer $42
