Welcome to Student Affairs
Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students
It is my pleasure to welcome you to Student Affairs at Arcadia University. Student Affairs is composed of Community Service, Conference Services, the Counseling Center, First and Second Year Programs, Residence and Commuter Life, Student Engagement, and Student Health Services. Our staff partners with key departments such as Academic Affairs, Athletics, Career Education, and Institutional Diversity to ensure that we are providing students with the support they need to be successful both inside and outside of the classroom.
We invite you to actively engage yourself in the life of the University. Whether you join or start your own student organization, play intramurals or an inter-collegiate sport, apply to be an Orientation Leader, Commuter Assistant, Peer Mentor or Resident Assistant, participate in community service, take advantage of late-night weekend programming, or just spend time with friends in the University Commons, there are myriad opportunities for you to become an active and involved member of the Arcadia community. Please be sure to visit the Student Affairs Office in Knight Hall or call us at 215-572-2933 if you need any assistance. We look forward to seeing you on campus!
We are a dedicated team of professional educators and advocates who empower students to achieve their academic, personal, and professional goals. We challenge students to think critically, act responsibly, and contribute positively to the Arcadia community. We expect students to embrace diversity, affirm civility and actively participate in a global society.
To foster a safe, supportive and transformative learning environment that promotes holistic student development and success.
