One-Stop ShopArcadia’s One-Stop Shop consolidates services previously offered at two locations— all in one new, expanded location in Taylor Hall.

The One-Stop Shop replaces the Student Service Center and incorporates many of the service functions previously handled in the Business Office. Students can now visit the centrally located One-Stop Shop to get answers about billing or financial aid, get help with the FAFSA, make a payment, and many other services.

Validate your ID • Make a payment • Pick up a loan refund • Ask a billing question • Discuss financing options • Set up a payment plan • Turn in Work Study timesheets • Pick up Financial Aid forms • Get help filing the FAFSA • And much more…
