Graduate Housing
Arcadia University does not provide housing for graduate students within the University Housing System. However, Residence and Commuter Life is happy to assist students with contact infomration for rental properties, as described below.
Local Housing
Units in the 1600 Church Road Condominiums complex and the Oak Summit Apartments complex (both a short walk from campus) are available for rent as occupancy permits. Units in the Oak Summit apartment complex are extremely limited, but occasionally become available. If you are an enrolled graduate student or planning to enroll in the coming term and are interested in renting a unit in either of these complexes or would like to receive further details, please contact Dorothy Jayne, the Arcadia University Property Manager, at 215-887-7600 or via e-mail at jayned@arcadia.edu.

Transitional Housing
Arcadia provides transitional housing during the summer for graduate students enrolled in the Physician Assistant program. Download the request form.
From June 1 through July 31, students enrolled in other graduate student programs may stay in Arcadia housing for up to one week to arrange for permanent accommodations during their graduate studies.
