Arcadia University does not provide housing for graduate students within the University Housing System. However, Residence and Commuter Life is happy to assist students with contact information for rental properties, as described below.
Units in the 1600 Church Road Condominiums complex and the Oak Summit Apartments complex (both a short walk from campus) are available for rent as occupancy permits. Units in the Oak Summit apartment complex are extremely limited, but occasionally become available. If you are an enrolled graduate student or planning to enroll in the coming term and are interested in renting a unit in either of these complexes or would like to receive further details, please contact Dorothy Jayne, the Arcadia University Property Manager, at 215-887-7600 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
