Services formerly provided by the Business Office, including cashier functions such as disbursing petty cash, receiving student payments, and receiving deposits from other campus offices, are now provided by the One-Stop Shop in Taylor Hall.
Information about deposits, payment policies, student refunds, canceling student loans and student forms is now found on the One-Stop Shop Web site.
Students should contact the One-Stop Shop for:
- Student billing
- Accounting for all payments made to a student’s account, and for all grants, scholarships, and loans that should be applied to a student’s account.
- Refund disbursement to students with credit balances on their accounts.
- Account review to make sure students are in good standing.
- Assistance with billing questions or difficulties.
- Meal plan changes.
Students needing to make payments, sign student loan checks, pick-up refund checks, or make inquiries about billing statements and/or related issues should contact or visit the One-Stop Shop.
