The design team produces quality design for a wide variety of University projects, including identity designs, campaigns, brochures, mail campaigns, printed invitations, advertising, posters, and banners. The team collaborates with constituents across campus to create cross-functional solutions to University print media while adhering to brand standards and reflecting the vision and strategies of the University. Whenever possible, University Communications strives to be environmentally conscious and socially responsible by choosing solar-powered printers and recycled paper.
If you are interested in having an initial consultation to brainstorm a project idea, fill out the Start Your Project form to schedule a consultation. This is a particularly good idea if you are working with a new concept, design, or campaign.
All print pieces (excluding advertisements printed in external publications) that don’t start with a consultation require a Print Request Form be filled out. Any job that is looking for a reprint will need the previous job number found at the bottom corner of each job.
This form will help gather key information the design team needs to start your project. Once the form has been filled out and the job has been added to our production queue, a member of the creative services team will work with you through to completion.
