The Oak Summit Apartments parking deck is already beginning to take shape. Immediately after May’s Commencement ceremonies, machines began moving dirt and leveling the foundation, while structural “rebar” supports were pieced together over the past week. The build is expected to be completed in early Fall, adding more than 80 parking spaces to the University’s most populous residential property, while maintaining a low profile along the Limekiln Pike entrance.
