Arcadia University men’s soccer forward Bradley McKim ’18 has been named the 2016 Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Performer of the Year, selected from a pool of student-athletes from the 29 NCAA Division I, II and III athletic programs in greater Philadelphia. The announcement was made following a vote of the Philadelphia Sports Information Directors Association.

“To be picked among such a large group of talented people from Division I, II, and III really means a lot,” said McKim. “It’s really exciting to be recognized at such a high level this year between academics and soccer, as both require hard work every day.”

An accounting major with a 3.80 cumulative grade-point average, McKim set the tone for Arcadia offensively, leading the team in goals (11), assists (5) and points (27).  Each of those totals ranked him fifth in the MAC Commonwealth.
