Art History major Katie Bye ’17 curated her first exhibition, Paper Trail, on display at the Judith Taylor Gallery in Landman Library through April 30.

Paper Trail, which was a year in the making, features prints, artist proofs, and plates by nine students from Arcadia University, Temple University, and Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts . The exhibition includes a variety of techniques of printmaking, including color reduction relief, lithography, intaglio, screenprinting, and offers an opportunity to view the artist’s approach to their process. Typically, the goal is to make editions as similar as possible. However, in an exhibition with print, artist proofs, as well as plates, the goal is to celebrate difference, embrace accidents, and recognize the development of the artist’s choices.
