Ciallella ’15 Publishes Toxicology Research

Forensic Science alumna Heather Ciallella ’15 published her first scientific article, “Advancing Computational Toxicology in the Big Data Era by Artificial Intelligence: Data-Driven and Mechanism-Driven Modeling for Chemical Toxicology,” with the Journal of Chemical Research in Toxicology on March 28.

The article analyzes how the development of artificial intelligence relates to the creation of new predictive models of chemical toxicity evaluation, as well as how these technological advancements will impact public health.

Ciallella is pursuing her doctorate degree at Rutgers University-Camden.
