Students from the Physician Assistant (PA) program played tug-of-war, dodgeball, and other physical games to raise money to support individuals with disabilities at the PA Olympics on April 13 at the Bamboo Garden in Southampton, N.J.

This year, the games pitted Arcadia students against representatives from DeSales University, Drexel University, Jefferson University, Philadelphia College of Orthopedic Medicine, Salus University, and Temple University. Collectively, the schools raised more than $20,000 for the IM ABLE Foundation. Based in Wyomissing, Pa., the foundation helps individuals with disabilities participate in exercise programs and provides accessible equipment.

Arcadia students won the tug-of-war competition and raised the most money as a team, totaling $6,471.
