Online Personality and Career Assessments

Online Personality and Career Assessments

Assessment exercises are helpful tools but are not predictors of career success. Be sure to meet with a Career Educator to discuss your career interests and the results of your assessments.

TypeFocus is an online career development program that will assess your personality, interests, skills, and values so you can choose careers that best fit your natural strengths. After completing the assessment, you'll be given a tailored list of careers (and their corresponding majors at Arcadia!) that MATCH your personal assessment results.

Along the way, you will walk through 6 Steps to learn how to develop professional competencies, how to communicate effectively based on your personality type, and how to apply your new knowledge about yourself to land the job of your dreams.

  • Step 1:  Self-assessment
  • Step 2:  Explore your options
  • Step 3:  Create your career roadmap
  • Step 4:  Are you career ready?
  • Step 5:  Get the job you want
  • Step 6:  Success on the job

Created with your career needs in mind, TypeFocus offers a step-by-step program to meet them.
