Arcadia University is now working with Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders over the Internet through their secure site. Their TranscriptsPlus™ service will facilitate your request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Arcadia University checks with Credentials Inc. periodically throughout the day to gather the requests.
Transcript processing will occur Monday through Friday only during regular business hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 7 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm. When requesting "Same Day" service, orders must be placed before 12 pm (noon) E.S.T. to ensure timely processing of the transcript. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday and all major holidays (transcripts will not be processed during these times).
There is no additional fee to the student when using the Internet to request a transcript.
If you prefer to use the service without using the internet, you may call 1-800-646-1858 to reach an operator who will process your transcript request. There is a $10 surcharge to place your request through an operator, unless you're in the middle of a web site request and are calling for technical assistance.
All transcript requests must be in writing, indicating the student's name and address, student ID number (or social security number if the ID number is unknown), the program attended, and the dates of attendance. Requests must be dated and signed by the student.
In lieu of a letter, you may also use the Transcript Request Form available online and in the Office of the Registrar. A current phone number would be helpful should there be any confusion about the request. No transcripts will be processed without appropriate payment or if the student is on a Business Office or Library hold. If the account is still on hold 30 days after the transcript request is received, the order will be cancelled. Payments by check, cash, or money order will be credited to the student's account; credit cards will not be charged.
Also include the complete name and address of the recipient.
The fee is $5 per transcript for processing within ten working days of receipt of the request. For same day service, the fee is $12 per transcript. A second transcript may be sent to the same address at no additional charge. Transcripts will be official (sealed) unless the student specifically requests an "unofficial" (unsealed) copy. Please make all payments to "Arcadia University".

Please note: In accordance with federal regulations (FERPA) requests for academic records made by third parties on behalf of the student will not be processed.
Priority Registration for Fall 2016 begins Monday, April 4.

Today, Tuesday, February 2nd begins the Withdrawal Period from Spring 2016 courses!
Students may withdraw from a 14-week course without GPA penalty through March 21st. After which, withdrawals requires a petition with additional approvals.
