With input from current students, Arcadia University designs the five-day Fall Orientation program to help support your transition into the Arcadia family.
All new full-time, first-year students are expected to attend the entirety of the program, while transfer students may choose either the five-day or one-day experience.
When you arrive on campus, the Orientation Leaders (OLs) will greet and guide you and your group throughout Fall Orientation. Orientation Leaders are current students who volunteer their time to help new students adjust to the University.
Transfer students have two Fall Orientation options (you must select one):
Participate in the traditional, five-day Fall Orientation, August 23-27
Attend a condensed, one-day version of Fall Orientation on Tuesday, August 27
We encourage parents, family, and friends to attend the activities on the first day of Fall Orientation, Friday, August 23. Programs are designed with the specific needs and interests of parents, family, and friends. For general questions related to orientation and the transition of new students, families, friends, and guests, are encouraged to review our Frequently Asked Questions guide.
