Undergraduate Financial Aid Applications
For New or Current Students; Summer 2018/Fall 2018/Spring 2019 Semesters
- 2018-2019 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid): Be sure to list Arcadia, school code 003235, on your FAFSA form. Apply for an FSA ID first (student and one parent (if student is dependent) each need an FSA ID) at http://fsaid.ed.gov before completing the FAFSA online. FSA ID serves as your e-signature. Also, please use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool, if offered the option, when filing the FAFSA. *2018-19 FAFSA became available October 1, 2017.*
- 2018-2019 Arcadia University Financial Aid Application for full-time and part-time students.
- Off-Campus Housing Form (PDF) for full-time dependent undergraduates living in off-campus housing of their own, independent of parents/guardians and the University.

Loan Applications and Loan Counseling Links
Students wishing to borrow a Federal Direct Stafford Loan must complete the appropriate Federal Direct Stafford Loan Acceptance Form below. Additionally, if a student never borrowed through the Federal Direct Loan Program, or previously borrowed a Stafford Loan through a lender/bank, they must complete a Federal Direct Stafford Loan MPN (master promissory note) and a Federal Direct Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling session at www.StudentLoans.gov.
For New or Current Students; Summer 2018/Fall 2018/Spring 2019 Semesters
- 2018-19 Federal Direct Stafford Loan Acceptance Form for Undergraduates
- Federal Direct Parent PLUS Pre-Approval Form: Do not complete until you have received an official financial aid package and can request an exact amount. Credit checks for fall 2018/spring 2019 PLUS loans will not be run until April 1, 2018. After this date, credit check results will be emailed and the parent must complete the MPN within 180 days or the credit check will be void.

Effective May 26, 2016, StudentLoans.gov and the TEACH Grant Web site will no longer support Internet Explorer 9 and Internet Explorer 10. Internet Explorer 11 is supported, and users can continue to access the sites on other browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
For Graduating, Withdrawing or Stopping Out Students

Special Arcadia Scholarship Applications
Prospective full-time undergraduate and graduate students applying to full-time Arcadia programs are automatically reviewed for merit scholarships at the time they apply for admission. No separate application is required.
- Campus Achievement Award Application
Award is for currently enrolled full-time undergraduates only. Applications are available to complete twice a year. For fall consideration, students can apply as early as May 1 and applications are due June 1. For spring consideration, students can apply as early as October 1 and applications are due November 1. If the application deadline falls on a weekend, applications are due the following Monday, by 5:00 p.m.
