Offered on weekdays and Saturdays, these sessions offer an overview of campus life and a tour led by an Arcadia student. A one-on-one meeting with an Enrollment Management Counselor may be conducted in lieu of an information session, depending on the number of visitors.
Groups of up to 50 guests (45 college-bound high school students with at least one chaperone per 15 students) can be accommodated, provided a group registration is received and the visit is scheduled at least 30 days in advance. Use the Group Visit Form to register.
Meetings with faculty members must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. Monday visits must be scheduled by noon on Thursday the week before. We will do our best to accommodate, but meetings with faculty can not be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
The Admissions Office is located in Grey Towers Castle. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your visit. The closest parking is available in Lot 4, but visitors are welcome to park in any open spot.
Campus tours take place in rain or shine. Wear comfortable shoes, and bring an umbrella if needed. Expect a larger number of visitors during holidays, school vacations, Saturdays, and in August.
We know the importance of a campus visit in the college search process, and we understand the challenges associated with traveling from a distance. If you are traveling from more than 250 miles away, you might be eligible for the Arcadia University Campus Visit Grant.
