Navigating, Networking and Mentorship as LGBTQ Professional: A Conversation with Alum Jennifer Ng

Jennifer Ng graduated from Arcadia University in 2011 as a Business major and lacrosse player. She is currently a Vice President in the Institutional Equities Division at Morgan Stanley. Outside of her daily work functions, she also serves as the Co-Chair of Open Finance Women+ as well as the Co-Chair of Morgan Stanley’s women’s focused group within PRIDE. She is passionate about driving equality in the workplace and won the Giving Back Award in 2018 for her efforts. Jennifer’s winning strategy has been to gather leaders within her Firm and compound that with her network in the industry to tackle the challenges within the LGBTQ+ community. In her bit of spare time, she spends it training with her wife for their next obstacle course race.
