Office Visit Co-Pay
  • Full-time student: No co-pay
  • Part-time student: $20
Immunizations
  • Hepatitis A: $75/injection (series of 2)
  • Hepatitis B: $75/injection (series of 3)
  • Meningitis: $130
  • MMR (Mumps, Measles, Rubella): $75
  • Polio: $40
  • PPD (Tuberculin Mantoux): $25
  • TdAP (Tetanus/diptheria/pertussis): $55
  • Typhoid (IM; not oral pills): $150
  • Varicella (Chicken Pox): $130
  • Yellow Fever: World-Wide Shortage. Please visit the CDC website to learn about the alternative, Stamaril, an where you can find it.
