Arcadia New Zealand Orientation takes place in both Auckland and Rotorua. All students studying at Canterbury, Victoria, and Otago must book additional internal domestic flights to travel to their program location. The Arcadia New Zealand staff have identified specific flights for students to travel and which are part of the Group Flight itinerary through StudentUniverse.
- Arcadia New Zealand staff will travel on the designated flights.
- Transportation to and from the airport will be provided to any students traveling on the designated flights.
- Any students traveling at a time not near the below recommendations may be responsible for making their own way to and from the airport and any associated costs.
- Late arrival at your program locale may also impact a student’s ability to check into housing and be supported by the host university or Arcadia New Zealand staff.
- Students are encouraged to book all their airfare as one booking, for ease of travel and should limit additional baggage fees on internal flights.
- Students studying at the University of Auckland will be transported to their accommodation after orientation.
