Business Student Receives AMBUCS Scholarship

January 19, 2011

In December, Physical Therapy student Danielle Nields received a $1,000 scholarship from the West Norriton Chapter of American Business Clubs (AMBUCS), as reported by the Jan. 9 edition of The Times Herald.

“AMBUCS is a national service organization dedicated to creating mobility and independence for people with disabilities. Two ways this is accomplished is by providing scholarships to therapy students either in their junior/senior year of a bachelor’s degree program, or in a graduate program leading to a master’s or doctoral degree and by providing therapeutic tricycles, called AmTrykes, to individuals with disabilities.”
