In the days after the tragic events on Sept. 11, 2001, the American flag became a symbol of hope and pride. On the 10th anniversary of the attacks, Arcadia students are asked to share their memories by contributing to a campus-wide collaborative flag.
To participate, students are asked to express their memories of the day, through words or artwork, and their class year on a red, white or blue 4” x 4” square. Squares should be filled out in permanent marker and are available for pick-up in the Dining Hall on Wednesday, Sept. 7, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. or outside of The Chat on Monday, Sept. 12, from 5 to 7 p.m. All patches must be returned to the Community Service Office by Friday, Sept. 16.
Alumni and students currently studying abroad are also asked to participate. Send all patches to:
450 S. Easton Road
Glenside, PA 19038
